    NPC Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring with me if I want to NPC?
Endgame takes place on a campsite. While there are cabins with bunks, you will want to bring a warm sleeping bag, and warm clothing for the night time.

The site is also very dark, and the paths have rocks and roots. We advise all our NPCs to bring their own flashlights, which must have a colored filter to protect night vision (we can provide gels that can be taped over the lens).

What sort of clothing should I bring?
Basic black and non-descript clothing is best for playing a variety of roles. More specific details per each weekend, and individuals roles as applicable will be conveyed once we know you're coming to NPC. In general clothing should be the type that you can move in, run through the woods in if needed, and be comfortable in. For more information on general NPCing please email the NPC Coordinator.
What time can NPCs show up?
Anytime after 5pm on Friday night is good. Anyone who wants to arrive early to help with setup should contact the GM.
Where should I go when I arrive?
Go to Monster Camp (the building closest to the backstop).
    Where do NPCs sleep?
Sleeping areas for NPCs will be in Monster Camp, a separate building with showers (the old Infirmary building), and an additional cabin further away. Beds are reserved for NPCs in the order they preregister, so if you want a choice, make sure you email npc@endgamelarp.com to preregister.
What is the availability of showers?
There are two showers in monster camp and a shower in the infirmary building.
What is the availability of food on-site? Locally?

There are hot food and snacks available 24-hours in Monster Camp. Hot breakfast is cooked in Monster Camp around 9:30 both mornings.

There is also food available on site in a player-run tavern. Endgame covers the cost of NPCs to eat Saturday dinner in the tavern.

The town of Peterboro is about 10-15 minutes away from the site and it has a nice Chinese restaurant, a diner, and several pizza places, as well as a grocery store. Please contact the NPC Coordinator if you have any further questions.
