Preregistration

To preregister for an event, email preregistration@endgamelarp.com. Include your name, your character's name, and the event(s) for which you're preregistering.

The June event will take place at camp Frank A Day in East Brookfield, MA. In game, the event will take place in Castle Junction, in Alberta, Canada, which is the resistance community founded by Warren Greene. It's between the Calgary RC, and the Boneyard in British Columbia. Unlike the previous Canada event, this event will take place in the normal time period for the game, and will be for Temple characters, as opposed to being a one-shot. We'll release more information about this event over time, though some of it may have to wait until after the May event to avoid spoilers.

Endgame is currently accepting new players.

Bed Space Policy

When you pre-register for an event, please include information on any team, group, or individual that you wish to stay with. If you're going to attend, but are sleeping off-site and do not need bed space, we'd like to know that as well. We will do our best to keep groups together, and to put people in cabins with people they are comfortable with.

People who pre-register early will be given priority for bed space, so letting us know well in advance is your best bet in terms of staying where you want. We will post a list of cabin assignments to the Yahoogroups mailing list about a week before each event, so everyone should know where they are staying before they arrive on site.

As always, if you pre-register but later find that you are not able to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. While we intend continue the policy of letting people pre-reg well in advance and pay at the door, anyone who is found to be abusing it will be required to pay in advance in the future if they wish to reserve bed space.

Note regarding PayPal payments: Since we print our attendance list a day or so before each event, it doesn't reflect anyone who has paid online at the last minute, which occasionally causes some confusion at check-in. If you use PayPal to pay for an event after Wednesday of an event week, please print out your confirmation email to save on hassles when you arrive.

Membership

Membership is required for all players and staff. It is $20 for the year.

Events

Events are $70.00 if you preregister at least three weeks in advance, and $75.00 after that and at the door. You do not need to pay to hold your spot; you can email preregistration@endgamelarp.com with your name, character name, and event dates to reserve your spot and pay the reduced rate at the door.
